Like the title says, I tried to order a water pump for my 1995 bmw 325i. When I got to the checkout, it would not accept my American Express prepaid card. It kept saying the billing address was wrong like they had knowledge of the card beforehand. I tried several times to order my part. I even called American Express customer service to see if my card was fine. During the call, it said I had $92.00 from the total $100 the card started out with. Confused, I went to check my card's balance history online. It turns out, all the times my card wasn't "accepted", Parts Geek charged me for it! "PARTS GEEK LIMITED LIABIL - Purchase (AXP) w/ Bal Return & AVS" I got this message 8 Times! They stole $8 from my card! I sent them a nice letter to see if I can get my money back. I doubt they will respond... EDIT: I talked to a customer service rep. Apparently, they only cards that have addresses assigned to them. And here I am sitting with $92 and $8 Parts Geek is holding for liability reasons... Never using this garbage site again.
