Horrible Customer Service. Probably the worst in Online retail. Totally incompetent, rude, inefficient and clueless staff. They put you on hold forever while they claim to be investigating (I think they are sleeping on the job), and when you question the long unnecessary hold, they will put the blame on system trouble. I had one irresponsible staff who conveniently left the chat when I questioned about the long hold. Just disappeared. If you email to Customer Service, it bounces back as Delivery Failure. Incompetent.
