“Worst Customer service”

Ordered 1 boots and 1 jacket. I was told, I will get those in 3-4 business days. Nothing happened and contacting these people via chat, SMS or email is impossible. To talk, one needs to hold at least 1 hr.
So 10 days I came to know that items were not shipped at all.
Better stay away from these clowns and save your time and energy
