I rented a truck from this place twice and both times I got charged for fuel, when I took a picture that proved the gas lever was not at 3/8 also they charged me AN EXTRA DAY! For being ten minutes late. The only reason I was "ten minutes late" was because I was waiting in line to turn the stupid thing. The man that works there has no clue what he's doing and is always on the phone with the head office asking what he has to do. I have heard from many people having the same experience at this place and I think if U-Haul wants to keeps its customer coming to this place they should get better people to open a different location. The guy was a told idiot and should not be working here. HE DOESNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO CHANGE THE TRIP ON TRUCK, HE EXPECTED US TO DO IT! Everyone should stay away! If their like this with their u-haul business who knows what there like with their actual business
