Recently I purchased a Groupon from Fabness for Father's Day. I was concerned when the code didn't work. I spoke to Kayla at Fabness as Groupon instructed. Unfortunately, the code had already been assigned to another customer. Groupon gave me the run around (as they have in the past). I was concerned that I wouldn't get this custom product in time and without having to express that Kayla answered my call after Groupon's emails and lengthy live chats she spoke to her supervisor and they immediately gave me the credit for my product! On top of that, they offered me a special in the future to use as well. I am so pleased with them that I will be a lifetime shopper when I order customized products (which I do often).
