I have been buying from them during a year. There are some nice products on their website. But after I ordered a dinning chair I was disappointed. It came broken! It's a pity that they send such products to the regular customers.
Good experience. The writer understood all the requirements and did a nice job. The only thing I didn't like is the time of waiting for reply from support team. I wished they answered faster that in an hour.
I don't recommend using only Expedia for hotel booking. They don't always show the true lowest price. Once I booked hotel on their website and paid $10 more than if I would have booked directly on the hotel's site.
All their products are so beautiful! But I can't say that all of them are of the high quality. I had a good experience buying from IKEA, and also I bought a chair last month which was broken on the next day.
