“1-800-Flowers is horrible”

I ordered flowers on Friday for Saturday delivery and kept checking the delivery confirmation - they kept promising me they would be delivered - they never did - I cancelled my order and will never order from them again. They wouldn't even tell me why they weren't delivered and now the florist is closed till Tuesday because of the Memorial Holiday.
