I've been purchasing products from Cigarti.com since January 2011, and I've been very happy with their customer service.

I'm not a heavy smoker, but I've purchased a starter kit, an extra battery, and extra cartridges on various occasions. The first time I placed an order with Cigarti, I received my package within 3 days. The other times it's taken about 5 days all in all, and on one occasion the package got lost. However, that time the order got lost (it was actually sent back to Cigarti by the post office), as soon as I contacted Cigarti and told them what happened, they reshipped my order and promised me a free 5-pack of cartridges with my next purchase. I promptly received the re-sent order within 3-4 days.

My only gripe is that shipping costs $9.99 flat no matter what you are ordering, so my suggestion is that you order several things at once in one shot.

Also, I've had trouble with one battery and one charger, but Cigarti replaced both items free of charge and they did not ask me to ship back the damaged goods. Since I am rating the website, not the product, I am giving them a thumbs up for service.

Browsing through the different skins a little bit tedious and the categories are a little disorganized, but it's not the end of the world. All in all I've had a very positive user experience with Cigarti.com and therefore I am loyal customer.

I've been a member of makeupalley.com for about 10 years. I love this site. The content is mostly powered by its members, so the reviews are pretty much unbiased. I hardly ever make a cosmetics or skincare purchase without consulting the reviews on Makeupalley first.

Selling via the forums is strictly prohibited, which is nice - of course that won't stop someone from posting as a member in order to brag about a cosmetics brand that they sell, but you can usually spot those kind of reviews right away, and they are far and few in between.

Makeupalley.com is a fun and very useful site to help beauty-seeking ladies make educated decisions before shelling out cash on makeup purchases.

I'm surprised at all the bad reviews on here. I've been buying deals from livingsocial.com for a few months now, and I love love love it! I've gotten coupons for wine bars, restaurants, and found my son's Art teacher on livingsocial.com (she is a lovely lady and my son still goes to see her for lessons).

I even got a full refund on a Living Social Escape I had purchased and then had to cancel. They didn't give me a hard time or anything- promptly refunded everything.

The very first time I tried to contact them via phone earlier in 2011, it was hard to get them on the phone, but they have come a long way since. Maybe it depends on the market...? I'm in the Fort Lauderdale-Miami market. I give them two thumbs up.
