I was ordering 3 items from lybuddy website on Jan 24 2020
Soon after that because I was worry if I cannot get my parcel because of the COVID 19, I asked them to just cancel it and give me a refund that also I was contacting them through Facebook because I was not able to contact them through the email but they make sure that I will receive whatever I order. And on the 1st of March, I received an email that my order was shipped but I only received 1 item from total of 3 items. And I was trying to contact themwith no sucsess, now I saw their facebook account shwing that online but when give them message no one is givingme answer, until now I didnt get any message neither my another 2 items.

Bellow is the email I got when They received my payment
Hi Ni
We have received your payment for order **************. You will find lybuddy.com on your credit card statement if the payment is made by a credit card.
