Good luck to anyone who signs up for this box. I was super excited about it and received my February, March, & April box, but have yet to receive my May box. I've emailed them almost 10 times and they keep telling me "wait till this date and we will send you a new one" I've waited until their date and they're STILL telling me to wait. I was supposed to receive 6 boxes and I paid for them in FULL upfront. Highly irritated with this company and the fact you can only email them.

It's the first time we have an issue like this. We have already contacted our partner in order to get any update on when all our shipments will return to normal. Our partner carrier experienced data delays in the transmission of milestones to USPS tracking, unfortunately, it's not under our control. We're taking all possible actions to improve performance for all future shipments.
