Always had a good experience shopping with Old Navy. They have great prices as well as great customer service and promotions.
My daughter just had a baby, we ordered half of her stuff from here... couldn't be happier with the service!
I ordered a Christmas sweater on 12/5/20 and after about a week or more never received a shipping confirmation so, I emailed the company to see what the status of my order was... no reply. A few days later sent another email, same thing... no reply, wth? I don't understand, it's now been 13 days since I ordered this shirt and I still have yet to receive a shipping confirmation, are you truly so busy you can't even ship a package within 13 days?!? I will not receive this shirt in time for the reason it was ordered, I extremely disappointed in this entire process and I will never order from these people again and I suggest you do the same if you value your hard earned money and any kind of customer service at all!

Buyer beware ZERO customer service priority!!!
