Ordered a homecoming mum for my daughter. Erika (owner) said I would receive it by Thursday, NO PROBLEM. After I paid for it, I didnt hear back from her at all. I tried calling and texting to find out how it was going but no answer. Finally I got worried and txted her on wed that i would cancel the order and of course, she txted me the tracking number a couple of hours later and remember i am supposed to have the mum on Thursday. How she thought she was going to get the MUM from Florida to Texas by Thursday was beyond me. And she sends it via USPS. Never heard from her again. I didnt get the mum on Thursday, txted seller i didnt have it yet. Nothing Friday either - My daughter went to school and to the HC game without a homecoming mum :(. It gets there on Saturday but what am i supposed to do with it now lol. And then she claims "NO REFUNDS" - ARE You Serious? You dont mail the item on time and you claim no refunds. What a joke. NEVER AGAIN. I am never buying anything from homecoming mania or specialeventfloraldesigns.com. Be careful where you spend your money!
