I bought a grade 2 note 8 that was described as free of cracks or major scratches and dents. What I got was a cracked screen with a massive scratch and scratches all over the edges of the front and back.
There is simply no way this phone went through a "65 point inspection" with how gross and broken it was. There is also very little chance the "refurbishing" they do is more than wiping the storage and cleaning the screen of fingerprints. Upon inspecting for 10 seconds, there was dirt and crud along most of the edges of the device

You are absolutely correct. You should not have received a device with a cracked screen. We state in our listing for these fully functional, but "Good" cosmetic condition devices. Only minor scratches and blemishes are to be expected. Please reach out to us through the marketplace you used to order the device or using the phone number we include inside of the packaging at shipment. We will be happy to make this right.
