I've used this site for a while now to store my pictures and have them printed out. Besides the emails threatening to delete my pics if I don't print out some (prob my own fault) it's a great, easy site. Good looking picture slideshows to send out. I recommend!

I had to go to a graduation party one sunday. I waited until the last minute to get a gift so I thought a gift certificate to hautelook would be good.

I purchased it. Expecting it to be emailed to me (like it said it would). The email simply never came. I called customer service. They of course were closed on Sunday.

I had to show to the party with no gift. Not a big deal but how the heck can a website mess up something up like this? It should be automated you'd think.

Pretty lame if you ask me!

I ordered a john lennon shirt from their ebay store a while back. It came in the mail within a few days. Shirt smelled a bit off. Maybe it was just in their warehouse for a while. Good ship time and reasonable price though.
