I decided to call and order so I could speak to an actual person to find out more information since this is my first time using Ticketstub. The guy I spoke to was VERY helpful explaining how this works and YES you do pay more but what do you expect if you are looking for really good seats or seats to a sold out show? I was assured I would receive my tickets in the mail in the next few days (the concert is 3 weeks away). Right now I'm very pleased with everything, customer service and all.
