After inquiring about an order that was placed 8 days previously, I was ensured it would be DELIVERED the very next day. It is three days later and it is still not here. FedEx tracking indicates it will be here in two more days AND that they received the shipping label request the very same day I inquired about the shipment. Maybe the product will be worth it, but I will not buy straight from the site again. I understand everyone is short staffed, my issue is the obvious lie about the anticipated deliver date. They should have been honest and said they had not had a chance to send the item out yet, that would have given me time to order from somewhere else. Now I am short a requested gift for my daughter.
