I recently ordered 12 items from the Children's Place and did not receive them as the package they were shipped in had an incomplete address. Both Canada Post and The Children's Place told me that the other party would need to assist me with this issue. I requested that the Children's Place re-send me the purchased items as I used a 25% off coupon and the items were purchased at a discounted price that is no longer available. The only option offered was to receive a refund after 7-10 business days (for processing the return) + 3-5 business days (for processing my refund) and was told I'd need to re-order all items at the current cost on the website. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the horrible customer service provided by The Children's Place and will not be ordering from them again.
