I've read so many bad reviews but my experience with Zala has always been amazing, my tape ins have lasted ages! (Natural black) they still feel super soft/shiny and I'm getting close to the 3rd wear (almost 6 months old now) lots of reviews of people saying the quality is bad/they don't last, maybe it's because the blonde ones get bleached? Idk but my black ones have been awesome! I'm also in Australia so not sure if the AUS/NZ Zala has different quality hair than other Zala websites
