“Scammers! Terrible service...”

Terrible service. I have artist registration on bandcamp. My paypal payment was planned on August 23 2021. Today August 31 and i still don't get any payment to my paypal account. I tried to solve this issue with Bandcamp support but they never reply... Anybody can help me?
