Same story here unfortunately... signed up accidentally & discovered I was committed to the year. Terms are a tad robotic & leave a bad taste in the mouth... it is my opinion that this product is overpriced & the terms are designed to prevent clients from cancelling after' they realise they've overpaid for a pretty standard product. A common practice typically associated with inferior or undelivering products & services.
