I purchased my girls a black Mercedes ride on from car tots a few months ago. I'm not going to lie the assembly was VERY difficult for someone who doesn't know what they are doing, however the tech team (and Ashley in the customer service department) was very helpful with helping me to get it together, I also broke a wire to a tail light which was actually my error and they sent out a replacement part for free! I think this is a great company and I will recommend them to anyone that wants a quality ride on vehicle for their kids. The reason I only did 4 stars is because it was incredibly hard to put together (having unclear directions didn't help either) and also because for some reason our battery seems to be dying already (I actually just emailed Ashley to see if maybe I am charging too long/not long enough). I'm hoping the battery issue is just user error as well. The company gets 5 stars from me and the product 4 stars!
