A year ago or so I made an order from F&F, after waiting two weeks past the time I was supposed to receive my order, I made many attempts to contact them. They don't answer their phone. I finally got a hold of the owner, and he said they were waiting on uppers. Then, it changed to waiting on lowers. Then they wouldn't answer the phone. I finally got a hold of the owner, and he said he was out on deliveries, and would check into it at the office and call me back in two hours. The next day I received an email that said my order was canceled. I called the owner and he said the girl in the office must have canceled it, and I needed to wait up to seven days or whatever it was for my refund. After double that time, I threatened to send my financial institution after him. One hour later, I got my refund. Avoid this company!
