Poor quality, slow service, poor communication and 2.5 months and still no refund from "No Quibble" Guarantee!
I ordered a pair of glasses on 25th November 2013. They were delivered in January and the lens were not properly fitted. Returned within a week. 2.5 months later and despite numerous calls and emails, I am still awaiting a full refund under the prominent "No Quibble" guarantee!
I did eventually (late Feb 14) received a partial refund which had PayPal charges deducted from the amount which was already less than the amount paid.
Don't use this poor service.
You can do far better and unless your transaction and prescription are simple, the hassle is not worth it!
