I paid the first fee to do the program, under the impression that was the only fee I was going to have to pay, and be able to download the certificate of completion after finishing it. Well I finished it and was then presented with the option of paying 25 more dollars to download it now or get it for free in the mail. They double charge you and then dont tell you you cant just do the program for insurance purposes. You have to have a court citation to enter at the end or you cant even get the certificate. Also if you accidentally mess up and dont enter your license plate number on one page you cant go back to enter it and you end up having to get a form notarized and signed with a copy of your I'd on it and turned it to be able to get your certificate. I do not recommend this program at all. Its trash and the customer service is just as bad.
Tip for consumers:
Expect to pay more then you planned to get your certificate. It's a scam. They get you to pay to do the Program with the promise of you being able to download your certificate once done only to end up not being able to unless you pay 25 dollars to do it.
