Here is my message i sent to the seller "Thank you for letting me know. Yes, please change the shipping method to usps priority medium flat rate box or large flat rate box if my dress doesn't fit in. I will purchase a money order of the amount of whatever you spend to ship the dress and will send it to you after i receive my dress. Thank you so much!"

I made that order a week ago, and today the seller is still waiting for the shipping kit sent from Tradesy. Why does it takes so long to send a shipping kit ( a 5 cents plastic bag and a Tradesy tag)?
I don't want to receive my $800 dress rolled in a very thin cheap plastic bag as well as have to wait for a long time to receive my package. So i sent an email to ask the seller to ship my dress as soon as possible and i will buy a money order of the shipping cost she spent to ship my package faster. Tradesy said they removed some words from my message because i violated their policy. How? I paid for the shipping before since it included in the final price, but a week later the seller can't ship because of your lame customer service. Now i want my package faster; so i am willing to pay for the seller for faster shipping. How did i violate their policy?

Please ship my dress if you don't receive Tradesy shipping kit today. I will send a money order to pay for extra shipping fee when i receive my package. Thank you so much Sheila

Thank TheRealReal customer service so much for promptly responding to the issue of my purchase. I got the full refund from the purchase. Will definitely go back to search for the items i love.
