Wow! From beginning to end, the absolute worst customer service ever! It took me months to get my order and then only because I connected with LuxeDecor's shipper on John Richard directly. Their representatives blamed John Richard for the multiple delays and errors but I've ordered successfully from Kathy Kuo Home and Grayson Living and no problems. In fact, in the case where I received a damaged item, KK Home took care of it in 2 days, had the items re-shipped and asked me to discard the damaged ones. That's what I'm accustomed to! And by the way, if you get the wrong item, you will have to be diligent about submitting your claim, then they will tell you to package the item at your expense, return it once they send you the label and then once they receive it, send out the correct item? Who does that? Especially when the fault is their own? Every other respectable company sends out the correct item and in the case where it's an expensive, large and must be carefully wrapped piece, they take care of it, not the customer! Oh my, this tale could go on and on - I have not one positive thing to say about my experience. There are so many other websites offering no tax, free shipping and discounts so shop around!
