Firstly, "customer service" is questionable at best. I called today and could hear the representative on the line because of background noise. I said hello several times and they never responded. I called back and closed my account. I swear the whole experience felt shady! They don't keep facts straight and there are way too many better options out there!

I made the HUGE mistake of saving a few dollars and buying off this site versus going with a reputable seller. It's all great until you get the delivery and find your purchase has arrived damaged. You will be required to take pictures, wait an extended period, receive the " replacement part" that arrives without all the instructions and parts, send more pictures, wait/wait/wait... it's been over a month since I made the purchase online. They immediately charged my card but resolution? Nope! You are not a priority after the sale! And don't fall for the " you will revive follow up in 24 hours". Heed from my mistake, but elsewhere! The " money" you save isn't worth it!

I generally like shopping at Nordstrom's but shipping time for in stock items is absolutely awful! I ordered a pair of Vans slides and a pair of Van's slip ons on 5/31/21 and it took almost two weeks to receive. That's just unacceptable. I called Customer Service and that seemed to get things moving but my shipment is still arriving later than they confirmed I would receive it. The return process is another reason I dislike shopping at Nordstrom's. It's a process and you feel like a criminal based upon how you are treated. Yikes! The customer experience is WAY better at Neiman's all the way around it comes right down to it….

I used to shop Horchow exclusively but their shipping fees are absolutely outrageous! And, don't wait for an offer of free shipping no matter how large your purchase, because the never offer it on larger ticket items like competitors do. I now go to their site for inspiration and buy on competitors sites who offer discounts AND free shipping. Makes a HUGE difference! And customer service is a joke. They are not interested in resolving your issues! In fact, it is obvious they prefer when you simply request to return or cancel your purchase. It took me a while to make the switch, but after my last encounter, I swore off Horchow. If you absolutely have to have it, buy from their sister store, Neiman's instead. Be warned though, shipping fees are the same for larger items. You are better off shopping their competitors sites!

Why does Gayle King feel the need to offer her personal opinion or make comments when the stories aren't even hers and it is clear that either Anthony or Tony is trying to move on to the next story? She detracts and interrupts them and for what? Just report the news. I don't want to know what you think. There is a lot of unfair feedback here that either Anthony or Tony talks over Gayle... are we watching the same program? Gayle has some great points, and I've watched CBS this morning because they tend to be more balanced but her side commentaries and constant taking the lead are off-putting to the point that I am starting to watch other channels. Otherwise I think there is great chemistry between the 3.

First of all, does HGTV really believe viewers are fascinated with Christina? Her voice is really annoying and she is not a designer! Tarek by himself or paired with a real designer is preferable! They should really focus their efforts on Windy City Rehab ( my absolute fave!) and Love It or List It, otherwise, I've also recently begun watching a couple of new shows I've found on DIY, which are fabulous.

Wow! From beginning to end, the absolute worst customer service ever! It took me months to get my order and then only because I connected with LuxeDecor's shipper on John Richard directly. Their representatives blamed John Richard for the multiple delays and errors but I've ordered successfully from Kathy Kuo Home and Grayson Living and no problems. In fact, in the case where I received a damaged item, KK Home took care of it in 2 days, had the items re-shipped and asked me to discard the damaged ones. That's what I'm accustomed to! And by the way, if you get the wrong item, you will have to be diligent about submitting your claim, then they will tell you to package the item at your expense, return it once they send you the label and then once they receive it, send out the correct item? Who does that? Especially when the fault is their own? Every other respectable company sends out the correct item and in the case where it's an expensive, large and must be carefully wrapped piece, they take care of it, not the customer! Oh my, this tale could go on and on - I have not one positive thing to say about my experience. There are so many other websites offering no tax, free shipping and discounts so shop around! Should you decide to buy from LuxeDecor, good luck!
