So this company is a scam. Has anybody figured out how to get refunded for an order that was never shipped. Let's stop complaining and find a way to take this company down. All of their customer service contact information is fake. They do not respond to emails and links to customer care pages are fake. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! It is a scam. They are out of China and can just take your money without fulfilling your order. Get the message out and stop buying from these people. Post it upon Facebook, Reddit, Twitter and everywhere else. Let's take this company down.

Below is the step of canceling the order and get the refund.
1. If you have not paid for your order: View Order → My Orders → Cancel → OK. Please note that you can only cancel orders with the status of ""payment pending"" or ""payment declined"".
2.If your order status is ""ready to process"", please contact customer service to cancel the order before shipment. Please note if the order has left the warehouse, we won't be able to cancel it.
