We signed up for an account last summer and have not used it since, and I accidentally did not cancel it (my intern signed up for it). I run a very small non-profit so I asked if they could please refund my payments as this was an accidental charge and we did not use their service. Any normal company would provide a refund -- to their credit, they answered me many times, but insisted that they could not issue a refund. I rarely leave poor reviews of anyone anywhere, but I am very dissatisfied and feel take advantage of. Robbed even.
