I've been to about 200 concerts in 30 years and I have never dealt with such a $#*!ty company. I purchased tickets to Bob Seger on Oct 1,2017 and apparently the tour was cancelled due to Bob having spinal surgery. STUBHUB never notified me via email. I took the day off work, paid for UBER (crazy LA traffic) and paid for child care... only to show up at the Forum saying it was cancelled. You suck StubHub! What a waste and total frustration speaking to customer service. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase tickets from STUBHUB! No discount for future tickets, reimburse, not even a sniffle. FU!
