I have been using Zalora for my everyday clothing needs. Their products suits my fashion sense and lifestyle. I used to love it! I am saddened that for how they make use of their customer support. They are not being responsive. Zalora sends an automated response for concerns. It does not give or provide a solution for concerns. Is Zalora taking us their customer a joke? We trusted them, their product, their app, their voucher, their customer service. Where do they put our trust as customers?
