“Terrible”

These guys are terrible. First of all they sent me the wrong size shoes. Then they didn't refund my cost for returning them even though it was their fault.
They didn't include the free gist that was promised with them.
Don't reply to emails - generally extremely poor customer service.
I won't be using again!
