They take your money and renew your subscription without warning. When you tell them you don't want to renew they say that you've signed up to their terms and conditions that force you to renew. Avoid this website like the plague.
The reply from the company below states they sent a reminder email prior to renewal. I received no such reminder; I've check my spam and deleted items. No such email. Now all they send is threatening emails saying I'll incur more costs if I don't pay.

Additionally, we sent out an email confirmation right after the purchase providing our customers with all the details regarding their purchase. Also, we notify our customers about the renewal of their subscription 30 days prior to the renewal date via email so that they can get in touch with us. Hope this helps.
