I ordered from them in the belief that they are based in Jersey, UK. But, they are based in New Jersey, USA. I live in the UK and waited three weeks for my goods to arrive, they failed to deliver in the promised time, so I asked for a refund, which they gave me and apologized via email.

They do not use tracking numbers to monitor the packages progress, they told me the goods were lost, stolen or possibly seized by Customs.

Then 3 weeks later having given me a refund, the goods arrived, a total of 6 weeks since placing the order and after cancellation.

It has been a confusing experience, and I feel misled, they will deliver and have a impressive variety of supplements on offer. Perhaps the 3 weeks delivery guarantee they offer only applies to customers based in the USA.

They are legit, but; whether you choose to use them is entirely at your own discretion. I may use them again.
I had an email account with this provider for over 10 years, until about 18 months ago when the login icon on the UK version of this site became unavailable. This prevented me from logging in to my emails, nearly 2 years later and still I cannot access this service.

It appears the email function has been abolished without explanation. I sent an email enquiry to excite customer services via an alternative email provider asking about this issue and they flatly refuse to reply and ignored me.

It is a disgrace that loyal users like myself be cut-off this way without explanation after providing traffic to them allowing them to build up their business.

If anyone from excite.co.uk or excite.com can explains this, please reply.
I usually walk straight past my local store. But, I recently browsed the site and was impressed by the variety of shoes and boots available. The prices caught my eye. There was one pair of shoes in particular they looked just like Doc Martens. They have the same look and feel and priced at £17.50, I just had to buy. The shoes look stylish and smart. I am pleased with them. The website was easy to navigate and informative.
Got replacement cartridges for my Dell photo printer, 2 for 1 at £16. Dell version would have cost £25 for one. Very good value for money. Quick delivery, I recommend them.
I have bought several times from them, and they always delivered. The only drawback was a lack of stock. The items sell quickly, so what you want is not always available. Apart from that they are trustworthy.
Website is only useable through the app, which you have to download. If you login from a desktop driven computer, your account is not visable, editing is not permitted.

Uploading photos can cost too. Okay if you have a contract phone, but; those on PAYG beware. As running this could eat all your credit quickly.
I entered an auction on here and won. I was delighted, but; became wary when asked to give my credit card details over the phone, including my 4-digit security code. They did supply the goods, an iphone which had a broken standby button, and was locked to a canadian phone network. The phone was locked, switches on, but; won't switch off. It was going to cost £75 to unlock. How they have the nerve to sell broken goods is beyond me. They clearly do not carry out quality assurance checks on the goods. I won't use them again.
I purchased an Autograph from this site. It came with an alleged certificate of authenticity, which looked like it was printed on a dot-matrix printer. There was no hologram or number to prove authenticity. I got a second opinion, and the autograph is legitimate. But, the website is an old html driven setup. They give no stock level info. They should convert to a php driven site, it would make life easier. They do not accept paypal, only cheque or credit/debit cards.

They do appear legit, and are a member of the UACC.
They have some impressive stock. Lots of end of season Designer Gear at low prices. Shoes arrived within 48 hours. Nothing bad to say. They seem legit. Though, they don't accept paypal payments.
I like reading the forum, but; the admin failed twice to accept my membership and send me a confirmation email. As yet I cannot contribute or join the discussion. Selective membership?
Ordered limited edition Coronation Coin (25,000 pieces) a few years ago. Item never recieved, no refund granted. They ignored my email requests and written letter. Yet, they still have the gaul to send me spam emails with other offers. The unsubscribe to emails must be faulty as they continue to contact after I requested to be removed from the email alerts. Just awful, terrible customer service. The website acts like bot software, no human contactable. I recommend you avoid this shower.
I was dubious about ordering from them. So, I ordered a low value item (10-100 monocular) valued at $17 to test if they were legit. To my amazement it arrived 12 days later. Ordered on 25th April '16. Arrived 7th May '16. I live in Scotland. I tracked the package through various china post tracking websites. Everything went smoothly. Address label states Lomeway E-commerce (hong kong) ltd as the supplier.
