I bought a pedal Go-Kart for my sons Christmas present. Regretfully I opened to assemble it on Christmas Eve to find that pieces were missing and extra nuts and screws and other bits that weren't mentioned in the instructions, were present. The instructions were ineligible, spelling mistakes and generally didn't make sense. When the Go-Kart was complete it was far from safe, really bad workmanship, the pieces didn't fit well and kept coming loose the brakes didn't work and popped out all the time. Completely ruined Christmas surprise. I messaged and messaged rideoncars.co.uk to get a reply from Jesse saying I wouldn't get a refund because it was after the 7 day purchase. This message was given a month after my initial complaint. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I can confirm that all our items are rigorously checked and certified as safe for use within the EU - these checks are made by Trading Standards and all our items are independently certified.
