Cancelled flight, then delayed flight Show up to rental counter to pick up my prepaid car through rentalcars.com. Counter is closed.
Ask for a refund. No brainer right? This is the travel industry we are talking about. Delays happen right?
Well, according to this joke of a company, I broke my contract by not showing up on time so there will be no refund.
This is stealing and criminal.
Make sure to rate them on Trustpilot as that's the source they use for their website where they say how great they are.
Otherwise, DON'T EVER, EVER, EVER use rentalcars.com! Unless you like getting ripped off that is.

Tip for consumers:
Unless you can guarantee that your flight will be on time, every time, don't waste your time by using this company. They hide behind terms that only allow them to steal your money when they don't deliver what they promised.
