Good site with some very good deals on games but APPALLING customer service. I was sold a game key which didn't work and raised a case immediately. Two weeks later and I'd received no useful feedback and my requests for an update were completely ignored.

By all means use them if you want to grab a bargain on a game but don't expect much help if you have any problems.

Paid via verified Paypal a/c but they refused to fulfill the order unless I sent them photos of my card and ID. I told them I was uncomfortable with their request and asked to cancel the order & get a refund (less than 2hrs after the order had been placed) but was repeatedly ignored. Sent several emails to their various official contact emails (Hotmail?!) but never received a response.

After sending a final email giving them 24hrs to return my payment and receiving no response I had to raise a dispute via Paypal (which was found in my favour and a full refund given to me by Paypal).

Avoid at all costs.
