I have to update my original review which I published on 3/13/14 as Vitacost redeemed themselves with stellar customer service.

I placed a first time customer order on 3/5/14. At the time, the vitacost website said Free shipping on orders over $50 and that that orders placed for my ZIP code before 1 P.M. would arrive in 1 business days [sic]. Nearly a week later and I had not received anything so on 3/12/14 I sent them an email and received an automatic response. On 3/13/14 the website was indicating that my items had been "picked" but not shipped yet so I published the review here. Later that day I finally received an email response explaining higher than anticipated order volume and power outages due to storms in the area. In the email they offered a discount on my current or on my next order. While I think they could have done a better job communicating the status of my order (like an automated email after it didn't ship in the advertised time frame), they apologize and attempt to make it right.

I replied to the email indicating my preference for the discount, and received an email the following day stating they since my shipment still hadn't gone out they were sending me a new order. I finally did receive the order within a couple days, plus I received the replacement order. Kinda makes me hope my next order gets delayed like that!

Yes I would order from them again but lesson learned - It may cost time to get products this cheaply so I will plan accordingly on my next order and communicate with them as soon as there is a delay.


Used as a buyer for over 10 years with no problems. Started selling last year and had a customer decide not to pay for their item. EBay charged me the seller fees, over $10 and I had to jump brought a bunch of hoops before I could get the charges reversed and resist my item. Seller wouldn't respond or anything so I could relist. I had to wait until ebay said i could close the case. To top it off, eBay does not take action on the buyer and they don't allow sellers to provide negative feedback on buyers who don't pay. They should provide sellers with equal review ability and protections as buyers. I am sure that bad buyers lead to future bad sellers. Hopefully I will find a better auction site on sitejabber; I am no longer an eBay fan.


It is good, and they have a lot of data, but it is really expensive and once you get to the point where your ancestors are overseas it gets even more expensive. My recommendation, buy 3 or 6 month memberships and watch your emails for free weekends of the overseas data. Also, if you have an iPad and use their app, you'll be able to add some records even after you cancel your membership. Overall, they are good but they cost way too much.

Oh, I never had any problems with cancellation and they did stop billing after we cancelled.


I ordered pin striping for my classic car from vinylgraphics.net. They by far had the best selection I could find and the product price was not bad either considering that their roll was about $20 for 150 feet and I had previously paid about $ 10 for 40 feet at the local auto store. Also, the product packaging is really good and doubles as a dispenser; unlike the stuff I got from the local store which took two people to apply. The only thing I didn't care for was the shipping is expensive and slow if you are only ordering one roll. They use UPS and it was $10 for a padded envelope which took almost a week to arrive. They should offer USPS Priority mail as an option which would be half the cost and much faster.
