We bought an item online worth over $630 and the entire process was successful from start till end coupled with successful funds deduction through shared Credit Card. Later, after a couple of weeks once they were approached to seek the status of delivery it was informed that order stands canceled that was only when you approached. Later, it was repurchased and after over THREE months we did not receive the item while online tracking against FedEx AWB it reflects to be received but signed off by someone we could not identify. The matter was taken up with the supplier who could only be reached over voice call after total failure to earn a response through e-mail. Customer Services lady assured to probe and resolve the issue that after one week was denied in total with total disregard of BUSINESS NORMS and ETHICS. Presently, all concerned are disregarding the calls and e-mails with mere statement that we can not help.
