Even, if it is right for Writerbay to terminate it's employee after two years of quality service on grounds of substandard product delivery but do they have the right to behold fee of approved orders? Dear *******@writerbay.com now dig in your policies that allow you to behold writer's hard earned money and post here as accusation. That's all you can give back to loyal employees.

As we have discussed it with your prior, we have a list of requirements towards writers and put quality and professionalism as our first priorities. Just as we, a Company, have certain obligations stated in the policies, so do the writers we accept into our team. In case a writer does no longer comply with the standards, we do give them a chance to redeem their performance, since we value long-term cooperation with our freelancers above all. However, we cannot prolong our cooperation repeatedly with those who do not seek any personal development and improvement.

There is no need to get personal or accuse our colleague, as you can always e-mail as at manager@writerbay.com to have your questions answered and concerns addressed. I see that you have already initiated an e-mail discussion regarding the issue, and one of our managers will have replied to you by now.

“Spam & Fraud... Warning For Freelancers and News Writers”

Applying at Money times after viewing the ad on Gulf News ( A place where jobs are posted free of cost) lead me to the most bizarre experience of my life. I was insisted for urgent inter followed by a test that took four straight hours. I was offered job in the company but the lady with whom I was in communication. Her name was Isabel Gonzalez with a nick of Izee. She remained in communication on Skype (isabel-cfl) and offered me a job. She called the company an affiliate of IBD investors, stating that the company hires freelances from across the globe for news writing and editing. Also, she lingered on the negotiations with irrelevant questions that were already mentioned in my CV.
After a hectic discussion of 20 days, she disappeared suddenly and disconnected all modes of communication. I warn all freelancers and news writer to stay vigilant while working with the company, as the chances are high that the company will run away with paying your dues, as they disappeared after wasting my precious time that I would have invested in working on genuine projects.
