In January I booked my tickets to Peru for September. The airline(LATAM that did declare itself bankrupt a couple of months back) cancelled my flights in June. I was trying to contact Travelgenio and spent over an hour on the phone trying to talk to someone in person as they simply ignore e-mails. No result whatsoever, they always hang you up after around 20 min.
Finally I filled in the form and after a month I received the reply that I can't get any refund and the only thing I could get is a voucher(to be used with the same company, that is barely operating now) with a reduction of 50€ because of the service fee. I find it ridiculous that not only they ignore you but also they try to make you pay extra fees just because SOMEONE else cancelled your flights as if it was your fault.
Completely dissatisfied, starting to contact external companies to start a legal process.
