Horrible experience so far!
I placed my order end of April.
- it took more than 2 months to be able to track my package.
- my package was stuck at customs in Belgium because: 1. A bill was missing that they failed to provide with the shipment. 2. There was a possibility to have to pay a 30% tax on the shipment because the package was coming from China. Two big surprises at the same time: the "made in China" and the custom tax were of course not mentioned anywhere on their website.
I provided all the required paperwork to customs but they still decided to send the package back to the origin.

After more than 4 months, I decided to ask for a refund, in accordance with the policy that is advertised on their website. First answer "not possible for the time being". After that, all my refund requests have just being ignored. "We are working on this". In their last email, they even tried to blame me for the issue.
Please don't purchase from them, there are many other online pilot shops that are way more reliable!
