The worst shopping experience ever! I had a lot of questions about my purchase but they took a very long time to reply. I even tried to call them but the phone just kept ringing. After a few days, that's when they made a call to update me about my purchase just to say that it will be delayed for a few more days! I tried to cancel the order and get a refund but they said they don't give refunds. I had no choice but to wait for 4 days for the pendant light that I bought! I'd never shop at Mases Lighting again.

I can't believe how irresponsible the Inspire staff is! They forgot to pick up our children from their school and my kid was there crying for 2 hours! I and the other parents were very worried and frustrated. Inspire program is suppose to look after our kids, but if they can't do their jobs then they shouldn't run a school. The other parents should think twice about enrolling their kids in this academy.

They are not as reliable as what they say. Poor packing and damaged valuables with minimum refund is what I experienced from this unprofessional moving company. Definitely not recommended.

Last Minute Removals should be named Late Minute Removals. They said they will arrive on time but we waited more than an hour and a half before their team arrived. Dealing with this company was the worst waste of time. I called them many times to confirm my schedule, they answered me politely so I was confident that they would be great. But during the actual move, all they gave me was more stress, inconvenience and head ache. I would not Recommend this Late Minute Removals to any movers. Worst move ever!
