Please think twice before ordering with this company. They are very irresponsible and have terrible customer service. I placed an order on Nov 24,2017.
It was Dec 30 when I decided to check my emails as I haven`t received my order. I found the email confirming that the order was shipped and the tracking
Showed that the package was not delivered and was sent back to the sender by UPS. I contacted them hoping that they would take care of my order.
Their response was -we see that your order was not delivered and we will get back to you if UPS sends it back. I requested money back -their response was
-we will wait and if UPS delivers your order back we will refund you. So I have paid for an order that was not delivered to me and when I contacted the
Company their response was we know you didn`t receive it but we do not care. I asked if they could send me my order and resolve with UPS. Their answer
Was no. I have never had such a disrespectful and irresponsible customer service. So before placing your order please remember that you might pay and receive nothing.
