I had them miss a delivery for valentines' day and then miss the rescheduled delivery for the day after. I then had opted to try them again for a birthday delivery recently to have the exact same scenario happen. Their customer service flat out lies to you. The second issue I have called multiple times to track the delivery to continually get different reasons as to why they couldn't deliver. Stay away from them. They have trashed their company with horrible processes and horrible customer service. It's unfortunate as they used to be very good.
