Prom Dresses

I ordered my daughter's prom dress from Promgirl and when it arrived it was nothing like the dress that was being advertised on the site. I emailed the company and they told me that I could send the dress back but $8.00 would be taking from my refund for the return. Then they went on to say the warehouse messed up and sent the wrong dress. I advised them that the dress I ordered was the only style that I saw on their website so, how is it a mistake. They are false advertising dresses. The dress I received was a totally different color than the one on the website. It was similar in style but not the dress on the website. I advise no one to order from this company.

We do our best to accurately display all of the designer dresses and we're sorry to hear it wasn't as expected! Once the dress arrives back to us it will be inspected for differences and to ensure it is being shown correctly on our site. The return shipping amount will be waived and it will be processed as a refund for you.
