The boots took forever to arrive. The delivery date kept changing. When then arrived, they didn't even come in a box but in two thin foam bags, one per shoe. The package came from HONG KONG. The shoes were absolutely ridiculous. They smelled like crap plastic, looked plastic, had absolutely no sole to walk on and they were so long and thin that no human foot could fit into it.
I immediately contacted them who forwarded me to the return policy which is non existent. They do not reimburse but ONLY give you a coupon to buy from their website AFTER they have received the package you've sent back to Hong Kong and with the delivery charges, you pay more for the delivery than for the product. If you send a slow delivery back to Hong Kong, you don't stay in the timeline for returning goods. It is complete fraud and complete crap.
