Hi, Nataliia. I apologize for those unexpected fees! I know that customs costs can be an inconvenience. Please know that we are currently working on a solution to make the shopping and customs experience better for our International customers, so hopefully that will be improved shortly! I know that at the moment, the site is closed to the EU, due to GDPR, but please know we're hoping to have it re-opened soon, so that you can start shopping again, with ease!
