Terrible shipping and customer service.
Purchased an order on April 2018 + paid international shipping to Australia
NO confirmation, shipping date, estimate etc...
Not hearing anything from them until AUGUST 2018 saying that the parcel has returned to their warehouse. They offered me either a refund MINUS shipping fee or PAY international shipping AGAIN for them to send it out again.
I did not accept neither option because I did not find any of these option satisfactory. I requested to spea to their manager/ supervisor. They then issued a refund MINUS shipping fee.
I paid shipping fee for something I did not know whether was shipped or not, but never received
