Apple contracts with Enjoy.com to deliver and install its products. The company sent me a complete nitwit who tried to upsell me from an iPhone 11 to 12 for a difference of only $8 a month. This set off a chain of events that caused a lot of wasted time and effort. His equipment was not working so he could not set up my phone AND he lied to me about the monthly charge. He also wiped out information on my old phone before the data transfer that was not backed up to iCloud so I have since had to spend hours reinstalling it manually on my new phone. After he left, someone was to return the next day to finish the setup but no one showed up (see attached chat with their customer service). The CS rep couldn't do anything except refer me back to Apple.
What burns me is the Enjoy takes no responsibility for its employee's screw-ups.

I have free access as part of my Envato account. But it's impossible to find what I need because there is no way to filter or set parameters. Looking for an isolated image of a cargo ship as I was earlier? Forget it. Or crates. Nope. I have no time to waste going through page after page.
