I've been a member for awhile but was only doing occasional surveys. I've had more time lately so i've been doing more surveys. Their response was to block me from redeeming my points. After emailing and waiting for a week, they told me i wouldn't be allowed to redeem the points i earned unless i send them a copy of my ID and wait two weeks for them to decide if i'm worthy. There are a lot of survey sites out there...I'd skip this one.

They don't have delivery in my area but I use the curb side pick up. I have zero complaints. They are quick and efficient and keep me updated from the time I place the order to the time it is ready.

I've been a customer on swap for quite some time. It can be challenging due to the low quality pictures and limited descriptions but more often than not, this led to some happy surprises when the item I bought ended up being better than expected. Everything was fine until I had to contact customer service for the first time. It took half a day and the threat of a BBB complaint to get the error corrected. Even after the correction, one of the customer service reps kept emailing me to tell me I was wrong? I literally had to tell him to leave me alone. Bizarre.

I tried boxed. While you can't assume they have the best prices on everything, I did find some good deals. The box came and it was fun to open with lots of extras including promo codes for my next order. I was pretty happy with my first box. It was not until I tried to place a second order that the fun stopped. The promo codes didn't work and their customer service is little more than cut and pasted form emails. I received the exact same response three times before I gave up. It was like talking to a wall. I have not ordered again since. If their customer service staff were as good as the packaging staff, they'd have a real winner of a site.
